平邑甜茶MhNF-Ys器官表达及其对根系失水的反应

摘 要:

核因子Y (NF-Y)在植物发育过程及非生物胁迫响应中起重要调控作用。本研究从苹果基因组中鉴定出28个MpNF-Ys, 其中8个MpNF-Ys所含失水响应元件不少于15个, 1个不含脱落酸(abscisic acid, ABA)响应元件。经同源克隆, 从苹果属植物平邑甜茶中分离到与上述基因同源的9个基因, 它们在根系的相对表达量均最高, 尤其是MhNF-YB9MhNF-YB17。在PEG模拟失水和ABA处理下, 这9个MhNF-Ys在平邑甜茶根系的表达均有明显反应, 其中7个在失水处理下表达显著升高、5个在ABA处理下存在表达升高现象; MhNF-YB9MhNF-YB19在根系失水时升高最显著, MhNF-YB7在ABA处理下升高最显著。

Organ expression of MhNF-Ys in Malus hupehensis var. mengshanensis and its response to root dehydration

Abstract:

Nuclear Factor Y (NF-Y) plays an important regulatory role in plant developmental processes and abiotic stress responses. In this study, we identified twenty-eight MpNF-Ys from apple genome, of which eight MpNF-Ys contained no less than fifteen dehydration response elements, and one did not contain ABA response element. Nine NF-Ys homologous to the above genes were isolated from Malus hupehensis var. mengshanensis by homologous cloning method. All of them had the highest relative expression level in roots, especially MhNF-YB9 and MhNF-YB17. Under PEG simulated dehydration and ABA treatment, the expression of these nine MhNF-Ys in roots had obvious response. Among them, there were seven MhNF-Ys whose expression was significantly increased under dehydration treatment and five MhNF-Ys whose expression was increased under ABA treatment. The expression of MhNF-YB9 and MhNF-YB19 increased most significantly during root dehydration, while the expression of MhNF-YB7 increased most significantly under ABA treatment.
